Nationwide Delivery FAQs

When will you confirm the delivery date?

The delivery date will be provided once all necessary steps are completed. This includes signing and returning the required documents, getting the finance approved and paying the processing fee. Once everything is in place, we'll reach out to you to coordinate the delivery process and provide the vehicle registration details. Our goal is to ensure every step feels seamless.

The processing fee, charged by the leasing broker, covers the costs of processing the lease agreement. This fee is required to be paid to us once finance is approved.

Can the vehicle be delivered at a weekend?

Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays. Standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5:30pm. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as traffic, location, or adverse weather conditions. In some instances, deliveries may occur outside the typical timeframe.

Who will deliver my vehicle?

Vehicles are typically driven to customers' homes or workplaces by a delivery agent. In some instances, the vehicle may be transported on a 'low loader' truck, though this is very uncommon. Rest assured, any delivery mileage won’t be counted toward your annual mileage allowance.

Should I still enquire if I'm located outside mainland UK?

Yes, absolutely. If you're located outside mainland UK, we still encourage you to enquire. Delivery options may vary depending on your location, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request or provide alternative solutions.
